Returns & Refunds Policy

At Joseph Odyssey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we have a clear and simple returns and refunds process.

1. Returns

We accept returns for products in new, unused condition, within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to return a product, please ensure that it is:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused, undamaged, and in a sellable condition
  • Returned with all original tags and labels intact

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that we offer cash on delivery as the only payment method, and refunds will be processed via cash.

3. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and full refund, or send you a replacement.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as opened or used products, or products that cannot be resold (e.g., personalized products), are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if:

  • The item has been used or damaged after being delivered.
  • The return request is made outside of the 14-day return window.
  • The product is not returned in its original condition.
